(Birmingham, AL) -- iNDEMAND, representing TWC/BHN, Comcast & Cox; and Major League Baseball have reached an agreement that will allow Bright House Networks to continue to provide MLB’s Extra Innings baseball package to fans. The MLB EXTRA INNINGS will offer 70 games per week including 5 games per week in High-Def. The available games that make up this package are in addition to those seen on FOX, ESPN, ESPN2, regional sports network(s), and/or home team's television station affiliates.

“Earlier plans for distribution of the 2007 MLB Extra Innings package did not include cable operators but offered exclusivity to DirecTV subscribers only” states Smith. “The decision to make the MLB Extra Innings package available to cable subscribers helps to continue the tradition of Baseball as America’s Pastime to a broader audience.”
